Problem Note 31514: SAS Operational Qualification Tool fails when run from an Admin-client installation on Windows Vista 64-bit editions
When the SAS 9.2 Operational Qualification Tool is run on installation from a client users on Windows Vista 64-bit, the tool looks for the components to run on the machine from which the installation occurred. This causes errors in finding the components. The following error will occur in the DOS window where the path is specified for the location of the output of the tool:
Running test base:tstbase:tstsql...
'\\machine_name\SAS Software Depot\products\sasinstall__9220\sas\sastest\oq\ftt_20080411.001\base\tstbase'
CMD.EXE was started with the above path as the current directory.
UNC paths are not supported. Defaulting to Windows directory.
Then a SAS message log window will appear with this message:
FATAL ERROR:WRCODE=80000803, MODULE='HIINIT': PATH OPTION UNAVAILABLE

SASTBTraceBaclCtx has been called with a string("vacrash") instead of a CONTEXT pointer.
Currently there is no fix or workaround for this issue.
